totally. specially when there aren't bullets enough in the world for all of them.
this topic cracks me up since recently while drinking we had a discussion with friends what would happen if 1.3 billion of Chinese decided to invade my country with population of 2 million. 1:650. 20 magazines of bullets on average - taking you hit all of them - for each person. they could probably invade us with dinner forks
