The definition of illusion doesn't apply to love. An illusion doesn't influence substance, and love influences a lot the body in many forms, especially chemical changes, which are physical changes.
For someone who hasn't yet felt real love, it might look like an illusion, but it isn't, its far from that.
Reverse psychology, "dear Watson", reverse psychology.
"Manganese? Is that manga language?" - lol?
