The way I read it (but I am wrong for sure ) is:
I have the feeling that I was granted such a wonderful place.



EDIT: I know that 与える can mean also afford so in my first translation I had put could afford...but I guess be granted would fit more.

降り注ぐ雨　マジで冷てぇ
暗闇の中　歩くしかねぇ
everything’s gonna be okay　恐れることねぇ
辛い時こそ胸を張れ
