if you want to go bold then most important thing is the shape of the head. needs to be nice and round. but usually everyone has some dents here and there and it's just not smooth and that's how it ruins the looks.
and wtf is with the arrogant thing everyone is barging about? attractive people can be and are more open and straight forward because they feel secure. why all of a sudden arrogant? just because a good looking guy doesn't look at you he is arrogant?
maybe he is checking out your behind not your eyes...
