had my heart broken a few times, it was pretty bad but not as bad as dislocating my knee... i think, the knee thing is more recent, might just be a fresher memory ><
Sadly I've broken hearts more times than I've had mine broken, I've learned one thing through it, the slower you try to let someone go, to try to avoid hurting that person, the more it hurts them.
