I was really suprised when Misa wanted Rem to kill her  and then rem just tranfering the ownership to kira and misa wont be able to remember him! Made me sad for her since she kinda loved him and all.

If you listened carefully to what Rem said then you would know that misa will still remember Light and her love for him, just not the fact that hes kira.
