It`s cuz the goverment is to lazy to do anything about the cars and stuff cuz they want to get money thats what it comes to so yah its just money i know cuz i work on cars yes the goverment has the tech to make a car that flys they are to scared to do anything about it cuz of money lolz money = a fail goverment
