You are going too literally. All of these mean the same thing.
今日会社でしょう?
You have work today, dontcha? (said to someone who works at a company)
今日仕事でしょう?
(You work today, aren't you?)
今日お勤めでしょう?
(You will be working today, aren't you?)
今日仕事行くんでしょう?
(You are going to work today, aren't you?)
今日会社行くんでしょう?
(You are going to the office/company today, aren't you?)
今日会社あるんでしょう?
You have work today, dontcha? (said to a company employee.)
