I'll take a crack at this in hopes of relieving masaegu of some of the questions he's asked.
飾る is to decorate or adorn, like you would decorate a tree by putting lights on it (cf 着飾る, which is when you get dressed up fancy, as you can see by the kanji DRESS+DECORATE)
陳列する is to display/exhibit, like at a museum
展示する is the same (I don't know of a difference between this and 陳列する)
見せる is to show something to someone, like what you do after saying "hey, look at this book" or "hey, look at this cut on my hand; is it infected?"
