Hello everyone! I'd like to talk about Internet Pricing in Japan. Is it flat-rate internet pricing or is it bandwidth based?

I know in Canada we used to have flat-rate internet pricing, but now it has become a bandwidth based one, and each GB after your limit is about 2$ or more!

I'm sure USA is the same as well.

Is this the same around the world?
