The vampire that drinks animal blood instead of human blood.
What would a cool but non-moral vampire show be like?
A group of vampires that gets away with all the killing and the drama stems from conflict between other supernatural entities or other groups of vampires.
All of which with complete disregard for the value of human life.
It's so twisted and perverse but morality is the underlying element in every american tv show and movie I see. Even Dexter, that doesn't need an explanation I assume.

I don't want this to turn into a "watch this show" thread, but True Blood is an interesting (and bloody and sexy) exploration of the vampire as modern racism model. It isn't necessarily original in that sense, but the exploration of the conflicts of the importance of personal freedom of the deep south, and the conflicts of the integration of vampires into society is really interesting.
I never thought I would have any interest in a vampire show, but True Blood (esp. Season 1 and Season 3) are really interesting.
I also never thought I would be interested in a zombie related show, but I am loving The Walking Dead, and Dead Set was a really great mini-series out of England.
