Spoiler Warning! this is the end of the manga >.<
Entering the building, Modi and Yamamoto meat them and thank them for coming. Matsuda comments that Yamamoto climbed the ladder to join them, and that he should drink with once the case is done, to which Yamamoto says "again?" and tells him to let him take a break. Now, on the screen, a new type of L icon comes up, and says "This is L." saying that he was glad everyone was ready, and that he wants to explain the situation in detail. Matsuda says okay, and Aizawa tells him to seriously listen. Now, elsewhere, in what looks like high mountains, bathed under the crescent moon, we see hundreds or maybe thousands of hooded figures walking in a procession, holding candles up on the cliffs. Zooming in, a mix of people, old and young, children and seniors, bowing their heads within the candlelight. The procession then parts in front, of which a white hooded maiden walks within the mid-path created for her, the candlelight almost shining like a star in front of her. She walks up a large cliff end, putting the candlelight down to set, and says "Kira-Sama". The next page zooms on her with her hands folded, looking up towards the nightward sky, in a silent prayer. The candlelight still burning bright.
