This is absolutely wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Whoever does this quiz obviously knows no Japanese at all.
The only possible way to break up "datsun" into two characters is "da" and "tsun," and neither of these can possibly have anything to do with "going up" or "the sun." Not even
close. I mean, not even 25% of the sounds even occur in any phrase that can mean "rising sun."
