Like I said on page 2, go to Kabuki-cho near Shinjuku station and visit a 案内所 (annai-jyo). There are around half a dozen but most speak English and are free - although you should confirm that first. They'll have the most up-to-date information on foreigner friendly establishments along with the costs involved.
