I just started to learn Tsugaru-ben and, I have to say, the first video on youtube I listened to reminded me of Korean! My friend from Aomori told me that story, that some people say it sounds like French, but, come on! That must be a joke! lol Even this commercial, there's not even a single bit that would make me think that sounds like French! But it does sound a lot like Korean, at least for someone who knows both French and Korean and nothing of Tsugaru-ben yet! XD
