楽しい is an adjective
楽しみ is a noun
大きい=大きな, both are adjectives, mean exactly the same thing, but one is more standard than the other. From what I recall from my lessons, 大きい is "correct" but 大きな is becoming more popular. Something like that.
Basically, what you should take away from it is:
1. they mean the same thing
2. both are sort of considered correct
3. Kyle Goetz thinks 大きい is better than 大きな
- so if you ever have me as a Japanese teacher...!
