学課 would be impossible because it means the whole course of study, which usually lasts a year in Japan (it lasts for a term at some schools). One simply cannot say 前回の学課.
Do you even know what 教室 means? It means the physical classroom; It doesn't mean a lesson. It's much more natural to say 授業で習ったこと.
