I don`t think I`ve ever had any nicknames related to my actual name. Part of this is my name being short enough that it`s about as easy to say as any nickname... And part being that I just do not like nicknames all that much.

The closest I can come up with in the line of nicknames would be what my husband calls me.
He calls me おく and I call him だんな. If you know Japanese you will get the amusement value of this.
