District-wise, Daikanyama, Shimo-Kitazawa and Koenji would be the
best. That is if you don't mind going where other foreign tourists are not going.
There are a few cheap places in Harajuku, too, such as Hanjiro Central, Chicago, Santa Monica, etc.
The Per Gram Market in Naka-Meguro is also cool.
