More like "I'll do as I please." It is NOT saying she didn't intentionally get pregnant. It's saying she is the one who decides what to do with the baby.

Who said 「どーゆうことだよ こりゃ」? If it's Kenichi, it would mean "What's he got to do with this?"
Please remember that unlike in prose, it's often hard to tell what lines mean in manga without seeing the drawings because drawings themselves serve to do 50% of the story-telling.
