Well, not only was it my first time making it, it was my first time having it as well, so I don't really know what "real" okonomiyaki with proper dashi, agedama, yamaimo and okonomiyaki sauce tastes like.
Next time I make it I'll add agedama and hopefully yamaimo as well, and I think I'm gonna add some shrimp and octopus as well.
