I find it incredibly difficult to make sushi. I have trouble finding the ingredients at any store close to me so I can't make it very often. I made it in Speech class for a demonstration and everyone (who liked sushi) loved it. The rice takes a long time to prepare the rice. But I love making it. And I really love eating it.
