If a native speaker ever
writes ありがとうごじゃいます, then that's how s/he wants you to read it for whatever purpose. Most likely s/he is just kidding around.
The only people I've ever heard actually
say ありがとうご
じゃいます are Koreans in the early stage of their Japanese studies.
