Well, we mostly understand each other, as long as it does not fall too much into slang / street language. One's slangs or expressions are hard to understand for his cross-atlantic cousins.

And I also think, correct me if I'm wrong, but I noticed that in France for example, english words were more naturally introduced into the vocabulary.

Ex.: WCs, McDonald's McFish, etc.

Where in Quebec, english words are only used in popular language.
