The Swiss have a low crime rate because they are all armed, have a strong sense of "swissness", and some of them are nuts, prolly where I get it from. They can field a 600,000+ army in 2 days. ( true they only have to like..move across the street to get to thier base.) The Whole country is supposedly a giant Fortress hidden under the mountain range everyone skies on.
