Hagar was the Egyptian slave girl who was sent to Abraham by his wife Sarah, who didn't think she could concieve. However, she did concieve and her decendants are the Hebrews, who are the rightful owners of that land. Land given to them by Jehova. According to relgious texts anyway. They should just stop pussyfooting around, delcare the US the United American Empire and take the oil from them.
