この原則は学校の生活や大人の仕事やコミュニティの関 係に大変重要だと考えられています。
会社の成功は個人の社員の協力いかんで、また、社員の 成功は会社の成功に頼ります。しがって、個人はこうい うエンティティの一部であることに満足感を表現するこ ともできます。だからといって、集団行動に参加したと しても決して個性を失うというわけではありません。

An individual child still learns to enjOy the advantages of its new identity as a member of a collective group in pre school establishments。And it sees that is it in fact its own interest in certain circunstances to put Self interest in second。　This principle is important throughout school life and adult life in relations at work and local community。The success of a company is present as dependant on the success of its indivdual members, and the success of the inividual members is then presented as directly dependant on the success of the company to which they belong.Therefore indivduals may express satisfaction in being part of a greater entity such as this。
