I think special hospital-like centers should be set up to take in people who have suffered radiation exposure. It's understandable they don't want to mix them up with other patients in hospitals, but they have to take care of them one way or another, that's for sure.

They will if you can't pay for your treatment or can't afford medical care. It's funny you chose America of all places as an example.
