I don't mean to blame nuclear power, but like you said it's human mistakes.
Human mistakes always happen, it's unavoidable. Making a system that doesn't have severe consequences
when human error occurs is simply wiser.
Nuclear power is close, but not there yet.
If the windfarm manager comes to work drunk, it's a different story lol
