It's not relevant within the context of Ryozorian's main thrust. He apparently thinks the US has the resources and ability to colonize Asia and Europe lol.
He thinks that the US debt is no big deal and thinks that because the debt equals the GDP then there is nothing wrong.
It's relevant given the context you provide of course.
