It happens to everybody in english, I'm just wondering what's the deal with japanese because it's a very complicated language
I sometimes think in Japanese, but nothing ever extremely complex, and a lot of times it's informal/short form Japanese. It's interesting/weird because I speak very good Spanish, and native in English, so sometimes I'll think something Japanese, and then throw it into Spanish, and then think about what I just said in English (basically mulling it over to make sure it was right).
Learning languages are the same no matter what you're learning, other than the reading/writing. But with speaking/listening/thinking ability, technique is relatively the same. As you progress with a language, you can continue to replace things you would think/say with that language, and it comes easier than you'd think.

I'm not a cynic; I just like to play Devil's Advocate once in a while.
