This whole thing reminds me of this joke;
Back Dureing the Cold War Era Gorbachev was talking to Reagan at a summit and asked if the US had any spare condoms cause they were out in the USSR. Reagan confirmed that we did and asked Gorbachev what size they needed. Gorbachev replied that they needed them in size between 9 and 12 inches. Reagan contacted the State department and told them to make the delivery with this side note..All the boxes were to be marked "Medium".
