The best lists are from the people who are your average Movie watcher. Or the one from Quentin Tarantino
And because IMDB is the most popular thing out there right now, that alone should qualify it as being reliable. Feel free and show me another list from people who voted.. there must be more out there.
I don't know which list you might find acceptable.. but this list doesn't exist I think.
