Yeah, 博士 is a PhD (which stands for "
doctor of philosophy") or someone else with a doctorate. I think I'm technically カイレゲッツ博士, but I'm not sure if 法務 needs to be in there, too, since I have a JD (
juris doctor) instead of a PhD.
