危なさそうです OR　危なそうです and why/what do they each mean?

I heard it was dangerous
危ないそうです

I does not look dangerous
危なくなさそうです

I heard it was not dangerous
危なくないそうです

I did not hear it was dangerous
危ないそうじゃないです
