She is fine now.

Her parents do not care about her. Her parents have been told about her being depressed/suicidal before and did nothing. I could tell my parents, but they have never met the girl and wouldn't take her seriously.

Not say the above makes sense, just saying that is how it is. I tried to help her as much as I could, but I ran out of things to do. I couldn't think straight so I wasn't sure how much information I needed to give. Thank you for trying to help.
