Not sure if anyone answered it but simply you can say either：
つまんなだよ(tsumanna dayo)= I'm bored
つまんな！(tsumanna)= Bored!
つまらない~(tsumaranai)= Boring~
I should tell you though that this is the short form/slang/informal so it really should only be said around friends and family and not teachers/bosses/anyone higher in rank than you.
