Then, one answer would be;
私の手に書かれたこれらの言葉

I don't know the context. Is that some kind of an idiom?
Or just using one's hand as a paper because there is no paper to write memo on it.


edit) I got it. I saw the photo now, and I know what you mean.

だいすきです :)  = I like you very much. :)

あいしてる= I love you.
