I stick to Air Canada simply because of my accumulation of Aeroplan miles and convenience but they screwed me when I used them in 2008.

My flight from Calgary to Vancouver was delayed because the pilot was late - which caused me to miss the connecting flight from Vancouver to Narita!

I was left stranded in Calgary for 24hrs and they didn't even offer to subsidize the cost of a hotel for the overnight stay. Jeez!
