it surely Is pressure from the MEDIA-- marketing all these Procedures.

It shows also peer pressure. I think it very sad unless one has a real disfigurement or is unhappy with ones nose etc.

I feel that it removes Character--

I can understand some celebrities doing it and those who are truly unhappy with their own image-- but still think people should have more self esteem and be happy with who they are.

As for Boob jobs; If a young girl has implants-- what happens if she has children? Normally the breasts enlarge after that. Breasts were created as a way to feed babies. Be happy with who you are.
