Remove your distractions, maybe relocate where you try to do your homework.
Psychologically it can be hard to focus on work in an environment you usually associate with down-time, like your bedroom. Maybe consider staying an extra half-hour/hour in school and go to the library and get at least half of it done before you go home.
Plan so work doesn't pile up; get a diary, note and check when your deadlines are and give yourself a clear run at your work. Then you can break it down into more manageable chunks.
