I like how Cowboy Bebop ended "you're going to carry that weight" lol
Rurouni Kenshin should have ended after Shishio Arc. Terrible stuff!

Generally though I like when animes leave you with that feeling of "nooooo!!!!! don't go!!" because that is the hallmark of a great story when a bunch of pictures, voices, and sounds combined to create something more than the sum of its pieces.
