Really, inner-city Tokyo prices are significantly higher than rest-of-Japan prices.

lol. i forgot to mention that those 600$ are with all the utility bills in winter. rooms have 3.5m high ceilings so each of us pay 200$ because of the large heating bills. the rent is only 260$
and the city is the capital - Rīga. and i live 15 minute walk away from down-town next to a big park
