I feel for all who fall for Japanese girls, I do. I must say I fell in love again when I saw the high-school pictures of my wife. But immigration does not understand romance. If you don't have the required minimum of a Bachelor's degree (which I assume you don't), anybody who hires you has to explain his/her decision to the immigration inspector, who will not make it fun. Nobody wants to go through with such an interrogation, that's why they require you to be here first.
I suggest you start working on your Bachelor's degree, or a very good business model. I'd go to a theme pub with an over-enthusiastic (pronounciation: "highly stereotypical to the extreme") Jamaican bartender, for example.
