I am sure you are going through tough times right now, especially in a country where you have limited friends and limited friends. Why not email friends and families back home?
The best way to get over thing is to find things to do that can distract you from the experience. Why not take some time off from school and go on a short trip on your own? Maybe drop by Atami/Hakone to visit an onsen or do something relaxing, Go to Osaka to eat good food or something?
