Apparently some places have bought in drug testing after the scandal where several teachers got arrested for drug use and smuggling.
I suspect that there actually are tests that can tell if someone's been a regular drug user ten years ago, seeing there are tests that can show the percentage break up of the diet eaten by a man who died over 400 years ago, but they probably can't detect single or infrequent use.
