It is better. Another option would be 「海外からの先生」.
More imprtantly, though, OP's positioning of 「たくさん」 is incorrect. It should be placed immediately before the verb. If you change it to 「たくさん
の」 , you can keep it up where it is.

「にあります」 certainly sounds more refined but 「です」 is quite common in colloquial speech.
