Erm. If you can't read Japanese then you're better off looking for punk/goth fashion stores in your area or online. I know a bunch of Visual Kei stores, but they're all in Japan and probably only have websites in Japanese. It doesn't hurt to do your own research, yeah? Google is your friend ^.^
