7? I can never remember which is the slang and which is the dictionary definition of うまい (まさえぐさんはテニスがうまい！ vs この食べ物はうまい), but I think ピカイチ is slang in this case, so three!

9 (although I'm proud to say I know 一期一会 and how to use it! (I know only because it's the Japanese title of Forrest Gump)). Aside from 9, I'd say 4 used the most complex grammar, but 9 showed the best vocabulary.
