Don't know what a カラパ is (I'm assuming its indoesian) but ごろごろ can mean either

1. To roll around.
eg.岩がごろごろと落ちてきた (The boulder came rolling down)
2. Describing that there's lot's of something there.
eg.敵がごろごろいやがる! (This place is swarming with enemies!)
3. A rumbling sound.
eg 雷がごろごろと鳴った (The lighting rumbled.)

So if it's a restaurant dude saying something about food then.....well my guess is that there's lots of karapa floating around in the orange juice. Maybe./QUOTE]
